He created Harkos Group because he wanted to serve a group of individuals whose privacy is constantly under attack. Harkos was created because the digital world exposed vulnerabilities traditional security often missed. It became clear that VIPs needed more than basic safeguards, they needed a tailored, discreet solution that protects their privacy and legacy. Patrick is not only the CEO & Founder of Harkos Group, but he also the insider threat expert and CISO. He has advanced degrees in cybersecurity and several industry standard certifications. His relevant skills include: leadership, OSINT, privacy management, secure data handling techniques, dark web investigations, incident handling, tailored services, and encrypted communications.

With over 20 years of experience across the Intelligence Community, private industry, and academia, Amy brings deep expertise in open-source intelligence (OSINT), human intelligence (HUMINT) analysis, and due diligence investigations. Amy is recognized for her leadership in tradecraft training, investigative methodology, and digital security. Her experience includes intelligence analysis, operational tradecraft, data privacy, research design, critical thinking, and training development. Here at Harkos Group, she excels in intelligence analysis and investigations. Her contributions strengthen the company’s mission to protect executives and organizations in an increasingly complex digital environment.

He currently services as the Chief of Intelligence for Harkos Group. His role ensures that VIP clients are briefed and informed on the latest cybersecurity threats relevant to their industry as well.
